“Following on our highly praised 2014 show, we are pleased to present a second edition of “Kimonos: Splendor In Cloth”. Nearly two dozen vintage and contemporary kimonos will be on display for the first time, offering visitors a new look at the traditional Japanese robe. These gorgeous garments made of embroidered silk or dye-painted cotton will give you a deep appreciation of the characteristics of the kimono and its many variations in color, fabric, and style.
