Origami ongoing through summer of 2017

Love origami?  Every month the Tucson Origami Club meets on the 1st Saturday of the month from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Dao’s Tai Pan (Vietnamese/Chinese/Thai) restaurant, 446 N. Wilmot Rd. (south of Murphy-Wilmot branch library).  Founder/teacher M. Fumie Craig (and her daughter Stephanie Mariko Rojas) teach various origami foldings all year long.

In the Northwest section of Tucson, another origami teacher Mary Ellen Palmeri teaches at the Nanini branch library, 7000 N. Shannon Way (north of Ina Rd.). on the 3rd Sunday every month. She calls her club Origami LAFF (Lyric Arts Folding Fest), and they meet from 1 to 4 p.m.
